A little about me
I just started baking because I loved it. I kept messing around with different recipes until they were right, and eventually got really, really good at it. Now everything's baked to order; cookies, cakes, banana bread, croissants, the whole lineup!

I’m self taught, so every recipe here is one I actually put in the hours to perfect. The banana bread is the kind you go back for seconds on, and cookies are soft in the middle, crisp on the edge, all the stuff you want.
